The only remorse this man has ever shown was at getting caught. The unspeakable
horrors this man committed against these poor defenseless dogs is, in my mind, an
    absolutely unforgivable crime. Animal Cruelty

These kinds of atrocities should never be forgiven,
as we dont want this to happen to anyone.

ONE Can Never be sure if these kinds
    can ever be cured.

    Absolutely not!

I am a big football (NFL) fan and I agree that Vick is one of the most talented Quarterbacks that has come around in years. I also agree with those who say that everyone deserves a second chance. So when Dante Stallworth killed an innocent man because he was driving drunk, he needed to pay the price. He was guilty of a terrible mistake. But he did not set out to kill anyone and will have to live with it for the rest of his life, nonetheless, it was still an error in judgment. When Plaxico Burress shot himself in the leg, he had to pay the price (a bit high I think in his case) but he was guilty of making a pretty stupid mistake.

Michale Vick did not make a mistake. He was a deliberate particiant not only in a despicable activity such as dog fighting but also a deliberate participant in the abuse that followed. What he did is unforgivable. Sports plays a major role in the American way of life and the NFL, MLB, NBA etc. have a responsibility to be responsible. (yes that was deliberate.) If Pete Rose can be banned for life from Baseball (a travesty in my opinion) for betting on Baseball (his own team to win.) How can anyone think it is OK for Vick to return to the NFL after being a convicted animal torturer??

Let's not forget that he did not need the money he did it because he liked it.

I see that Nike has also taken him back and I for one will no longer buy Nike products.

By the way, Allheart, that was a good link!

I will never understand those such as Vick. I can only think he is insane. He should be banned for life from football. No sporting goods company should touch him. There was even mention that he would like to own a dog again? How could that thought even be entertained! There should be a special hell reserved for "people" such as this.

Short bios of some of the dogs saved:

Thanks for sharing the Vicktory dogs bio Redwing.
The article and the video clip was heartening.

A special place in hell is actually too good for the
likes of of that sub-human, Michael Vick.

    Anyone that has these characteristics
as in killing or torturing , are dangerous.
    to society.

    These are not normal people.
