A handy little light weight program, that gives info on all installed software, and also the ability to LOOKUP..... (See pic)
Should I Remove It? is a very simple but extremely powerful Windows application that helps users, both technical and non technical, decide what programs they should remove from their PC. This typically includes finding and removing all sorts of crapware and bloatware such as adware, spyware, toolbars, bundled unwanted applications as well as many forms of malware. The program is very lightweight and extremely fast. Should I Remove It? simply scans your computer for all its' installed programs and then ranks what should be removed,if any.

Hi Kburra, it looks handy -- I just downloaded it. It tries to force 7 zip and the full array of Yahoo mess (toolbar-search etc) you have to use custom install to avoid it. This isn't good in my opinion, and the reason is that (example) an older or a more basic type of user will use "express install" as recommended by the program itself. This is likely why it's free because it's sponsored by some adware. 7 Zip isn't bad but the rest of it is junk. The app itself might be decent but unfortunately for now I do not recommend this program because of the way it tries to install.

Yep can understand that, but I probably assume that everyone uses the CUSTOM install on everything, even when I install Microsoft Office I custom install for what I want or don`t want, but point taken.

Good point I used custom install so I never saw what William did. I am so sick of these damn free "enablers" and awful downloading sites.

Almost everyone is doing it now.

Even trustworthy software programs are bundling.

They are just ruining the whole experience....I really hate taking brand new users who don't know anything and trying to explain all the things they can't do on their first pc.
