Shadow Copy

I have shadow copy enabled on one of my file servers. No matter what settings
I have it at it seems to delete the snapshots. I have over 200gb free on that
drive. I have gotten this in the event viewer.

I have windows 2003 r2 sp2 64bit. I believe these updates are included in
sp2, correct?
