Setting IE settingsfor 2K Terminal server

    I have a windows 2000 server that we use as a terminal server. How do I get
    IE settings like what are defined in IE under internet options - advanced and
    the Security tab. I need to disable some things for Active X controls and
    downloads for everybody that logs onto this terminal server - how do I do
    that?
