Services hanging after W2k3 SP1 installation

    After installing Windows Server 2003 SP1, the "COM+ Event System" and "Network Connections" services are hanging on startup.

    When I click the service dependencies, an error message saying "Win32: Access is denied." pops up.

    I login using the administrator account.

    Does anyone have a clue?

    SP1 has tighter security and some services are disabled and have to be enabled after install.
