server service stops at random intervals

    hi, we have a problem, suddenly the "server" service (and workstation service
    too) is stopping randomly, and because of that, all network shares stop
    working. I checked the event log but there is nothing, no log of anything.

    Anyone with a solution? a thought? i've no clue about what's going on.
