Two more spams at 10:15 pm. "Starbucks Winner" and "Alzheimer's News". These are new ones. I Deleted Forever. Time was 9:07 pm and 7:40 pm. I never open or reply. Just Delete Forever.

Just got 2 more: Alzheimer's_News at 9:02 am and iCloud Last Alert at 12:24 am . I Deleted Both ! Never had any of these accounts. Hope this soon stops. I had hoped it would if I just kept deleting.

3 new spams at 10:45 pm. Not over yet. I just do not believe that communicating with spammers is a good idea. I just select all and click delete forever. But I never got as many as I do NOW !

Thanks Cindy - I plan to do so. By the way, if I have had trouble with eBay deliveries is it best to change the password only or the whole username AND password. I have done neither yet.Have had trouble with a few stolen packages and one instance of a person using my eBay identity to write and thank them for the rapid service. I was unsure just what to do.

I would not change the user name but you should definitely change the password.

MALWAREBYTES FREE - Finally had a detected item with Malwarebytes. What do you recommend I do with this? To start with I quarantined it. Any advice??

(there may be a malwarebytes forum topic - I just posted it here rather than look for it). THERE IS ! I should have posted this last item THERE...SORRY for my mistake.

    That's good, Bill.
Leave it in quarantine for two weeks and then you can delete it.

SPAM is improving. Always had a few now and then but never so much as recently. I think it is a bad idea to open, respond, report or do anything but delete them. Which is what I have been doing and what I used to always do, and now they are getting to be fewer.
When the time passes I shall delete the quarantined MWB as directed.

Every day I get spam messages saying accounts I do not nor ever have had will be deleted. I simply keep on selecting and deleting. Just come-ons and tricks. usually down to only a few per day now.

Spams are full of free gifts and all sorts of gifts and deposits. I just keep on deleting all of them. Believe it is bad to open or respond to any of them.

It's not a good idea to open them.

I forgot where I read or heard this but it seemed like a good approach. NEVER OPEN OR RESPOND ! Just asking for trouble.

Finally I am noticing a decrease in the SPAM emails after continuously deleting them daily several times a day.

Still getting them and deleting ALL. Never open, read, or respond to them. Only "check and DELETE FOREVER". Some come back. If so I do the same.

You will never completely be spam free. All of us get spams, just like the annoying phone calls.
