Searchnu/406 Virus

    My computer was hijacked by searchnu. I deleted it from my add/remove program, and now it is not showing itself. I had malwarebytes check and they could not find any problem (this was before i deleted it). However, it may still be in the background. I need to find out if it is still there, and remove it.

    I have several posts in windows xp.

    Please advise

    Please follow these Malware prep steps carefully. It seems complicated however it's simpler than it looks.
    Then one of our malware specialists will advise you further.
    It will find any other malware on your computer you may not be aware of.
