Get the Superb $30 Screen-shot Editor and Annotation Tool for Free
    Posted: 22 Aug 2011 01:11 AM PDT

This is possibly the most powerful screen-shot annotation utility I've used. At $30 it was good value but now you can get it for free as the author has just released it as unrestricted freeware.

Although it can be used for taking screen-shots that is not its strength. This is an annotation tool for screen-shots. If you want to document a website or product, explain something to a friend, produce course notes or simply want to add a caption balloon to a picture of your dog then this is the product you need. Like all powerful products it takes time to master the fine details but simple annotation effects can be added relatively simply and easily. A gem of a freebie.

I can see how this program would be very handy,as there are so many things you can do with it.
Would be good for those that can't afford a paid proram like Snagit.
Looks like a bit of a learning curve.
I have it installed and will see what I can do with it.
    Thanks for the link, Rob.
