SCCM and WSUS - Best option

As I have researched, you can deploy software updates using three
    methods:

    a. Deploying software updates from SCCM 2007. I have read that SCCM
for software updates is a very different philosphy than WSUS.
    b. Installing WSUS 3.0 in the same server than SCCM 2007 (WSUS and
    SCCM integrated).
    c. WSUS 3.0 stand alone.

I would like your recomendation about these approaches. I am inclined
    to option B.

    Many many thanks.

    Best regards
