I bought the regcure, because it said it would fix the rundll problem. It
    didn't fix it. I get a C:\windows\jpojugabor.dll loading error

Regcure is a snake oil remedy. Waste of time and money and can cause serious issues
    which it probably already did..

What was the original rundll problem. Can you post it as per verbatim

jpojugabor.dll is not known to me and has nothing to do with W2K3 and it sure
sounds like you have some sort of Malware infestation

Just to add to my previous post

You are seeing the effects of a hijackware infection!

NB: If you had no anti-virus application installed or the subscription had
expired *when the machine first got infected* and/or your subscription has
since expired and/or the machine's not been kept fully-patched at Windows
Update, don't waste your time with any of the below: Format & reinstall
Windows. A Repair Install will NOT help!

    1. See if you can download/run the MSRT manually:
    http://www.microsoft.com/security/malwareremove/default.mspx

NB: Run the FULL scan, not the QUICK scan! You may need to download the
MSRT on a non-infected machine, then transfer MRT.EXE to the infected
machine and rename it to SCAN.EXE before running it.

    2. [WinXP ONLY!! =>] Run the Windows Live Safety Center's 'Protection' scan
(only!) in Safe Mode with Networking, if need be:
    http://onecare.live.com/site/en-us/center/howsafe.htm

    3. Run a /thorough/ check for hijackware, including posting the requested
logs in an appropriate forum, not here.

Hello Dough. Firstly, I would strongly suggest you to stay away from Registry Cleaners, especiall RegCure as they tend to create more problems than they claim to resolve.

Coming back to your problem, it appears to be a leftover of a Malware infection. You can easily rid the error yourself by stopping the program from loading at startup. Here is how to do so.
    • Click on Start.
    • Select Run.
    • In the Open: box, type in msconfig and click OK.
    • This should open up the System Configuration Utility.
    • Switch to the Startup tab and find the offending entry which in this case should be something with "jpojugabor.dll" in its name.
    • Uncheck the box next to the entry and click Apply and then OK.
    • Restart the computer.
The error should not load now if you have unchecked the correct entry. If it does, then let us know and we will try to help you further. Good Luck.
