run time error from explorer, C++, Please help

    Hello ALL:
    Every Time I open a viewer I get this error:

    Microsoft visual C++ runtime library

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    Please help to figure out what i may have done to my
    computer. I open a video viewer and I get this error message.
    Runtime Error!
    Program:C:\programfiles\internetexplorer\iexplorer .exe
    This application has requested to terminate. Then Everything closes.

    I don't have a google toolbar so that isn't it.

    Please advice

    If it's just internet explorer doing this, I would first search for possible spyware. That is usually the case when I come across such errors as you describe.
