"run as admin" grayed out

im trying to run pcsx2 on my vista u-64 gateway and for some reason the
run as admin(the only way to run it) on my shorcut is grayed out

whats up with that

It probably means User Account Control is turned off, and that all your
programs are being "run as admin"...

to much work, i found a simpler solution, all i did was put the files
exe in documents and et it up there so i have auto-control, it works now
