    Hi All,

I was able to find the a rootkit msgrhalyk.dll in my computer. I removed it
manually. But when ever I try to open a *.exe it gives me a error message "
This application has failed to start because msgrhalyk.dll was not found. "
After clicking OK in the error message I will be able to work.

Is there a way I can find out if there is any other file hooked or any other
thread running which is causing the problem.

    Please suggest.

    Tried Scan

    Root Repeal
    Gmer
    Kaspersky
    Safety scanner
    ETC

At this point, either get guided help at one of the specialty forums below
OR back up your data and do a clean install of Windows. It is your choice of
    course.

Exactly what identified the file in the first place?

    Exactly what does "ETC" include?
