    Hi All
we have a lots of terminal server, for 1 particular terminal server ,
Testing purpose , we have 2 groups Test Admins and Test users

for test Admins group they all should get the default Desktop icon, but for
the test users group , we would like user who belongs to that group have
    different sets of Desktop icon,

what is the best way to achieve this without effecting them accessing other
    terminal server

    Thanks

Just adding to this, ideally you would setup a share on a Windows box
with Access Based Enumeration installed and then redirect the
    desktop/start menu folders.
All explained on the guide I wrote that is available on my website for free.
