Hi, I've got an issue with remote desktop. RDP had been working fine on this
server until a reboot last week. Now I can't RDP onto the server from any
client and get 'This computer cannot connect to the remote computer' each
time I try and connect. Nothing has changed on the machine. The
applications are working fine on the server and I can access the machine from
the local console, it would just appear to be RDP that isn't working.

I saw somewhere that RDP uses port 3389? If so, doing a netstat -an shows
no port 3389 running, could this be related and what needs doing to correct
    this?

    Thanks, Tim.

First thing I'd check would be to see if the machine is set to accept
Remote Desktop requests. I think this is in System properties.
