Remote Desktop between XP and 2K?

    My desktop pc uses XP Home and my baby's laptop uses Windows 2000 Professional, I would like to know if it is possible to do a remote desktop or remotely control the Desktop from the laptop? Both the laptop and the deaktop has wireless internet cards. Thanks.
