    Hi All,

I am running WS08 Terminal Services.

    1) On client one, I fired up Quick Books 2009 as
    an .rdp over the TS.

    2) On a second client, as a user with Administrator
rights, I fired up Terminal Services Manager (TSM).

    3) On TSM, I located the first client and clicked
    on "Remote Control".

    4) The first client got a prompt that someone was
    trying to remote control them.

    5) the first client clicked "yes" and the following
    happened:
    a) the first client's program disappeared from
    the screen (vanished)

[IMG] the second client TSM vanished from his
    screen as well.

    I repeated this twice. I checked the WS08 server's
logs and found nothing about this problem.

    What am I doing wrong?

    Many thanks,
    -T

  2. can you please try with Remote control commnad line Shadow.exe to see if you
    still get the same issue?
    Thanks
