I have a Dell Insaron 660 Desktop with an i3 CPU and I have to Reinstall win7 and I am going to use the System Disk that came with my System.

Because it has all the Drivers and so on.

I put the disk in and Boot from it and it says Loading Files.

    Then it says
Can Not Load Files Error Code 47872.

Now when I look this code up on Google it says it may be a bad Registry.

But if I am Re Installing it should just go over everything on the Drive.?

Sounds like a problem with the install disk. Check the install disk for scratches, smudges, etc. Clean the disk from the center hole to the outer circumference.

Tony's right it's most likely the disk but it can also be the dvd drive, hard drive or memory which all can cause the same error. Dell reinstall disks are actually Windwos disks with
a bios switch to accept them so for drivers you will still need a driver disk or you can download them from the Dell site.
This says XP but its the same as Windows 7:
