I haven't got an answer for your problem but I think your error
    message should read 0xc00000022 - not 0wc00000022.

If that is the case, Googling gives many hits with this
    error but no specific fix.
If I was in front of this machine the first thing I
would try is to boot into safe mode and see if it runs ok.
If it does then it's probably some third-party software
    giving you problems.

I don't know to that exactly address this content but if it is trouble
with logging to system in normal mode (but in safe mode is fine) I
rather suspect incorrect permissions to *C:\Users* folder (probably for
    Users group)

Read exactly this thread from one year ago, which I solved this kind of
issue for one guy.Yes there are many my mistakes -it was really work
trials, errors and desperate incorrect moves which shouldn't do that:

but as I said good is in that I found correct answer.

Post -answers here you go (without reading all posts)

In my opinion you have to check permission for *C:\Users* folder for
    all groups

I read the posts you made to fix that person's problem, but there
seems to be many varied causes giving this error. From what I read
even a system restore has no effect.
A couple of people reported F-Prot and AVG antivirus updates as
the cause but who knows for sure.
