I'm getting the same error too...is anyone experiencing slower speed as well?

Start here:

You receive an "Administrators only" error message when you try to visit the
Windows Update Web site or the Microsoft Update Web site


If you need further assistance, please start a new thread stating what
you've already tried and also advise specific details about your operating
system, like what version of Windows and service pack level.

I tried everything suggested and I'm still having issues updating windows.
Please help.
