RDP Clients being dropped

We currently have 30 iMacs connecting to a Windows 2003 server running
terminal services using Remote Desktop Connection. All computers are on the
same network/subnet/firewall/switches, etc. IP addresses are obtained by
DHCP from a separate 2003 small business server. We have three RDC clients
that are dropped randomly whenever they are idle. The configuration of these
three computers are identical to the other computers in the office and yet
they are the only ones being dropped. We have tried using Cord (another
client) to see if this helps but it has not. Can anyone suggest how to keep
these clients from losing their connection. When it happens there is no
error message. The user goes to click on the remote desktop window and it
disconnects the session and closes RDC. Any help would be appreciated.

I know you mentioned that there were no error message, but does that
mean there was nothing in the Event Log too?

  3. I had the same problem, but only a single Mac. Turns out the issue was
related to the screen saver being set to password protect when engaged-try
    having the user disable the
    *require password on resume*
    this worked for me.
[Win03TS OS a/wireless (infrastructure) Mac connection]

The only error in the event logs is Event ID 3019 MRxSmb which may or may not
be related to our mapped drives. However, these computers have no drives
that are mapped differently than any of the other computers who do not lose
    their connection.

We already have password protect turned off from the screensaver. Thanks
    though.
