Random Windows Error Recovery Problem?

    Hello all, I am have some difficulties with my desktop computer. I just installed a new graphics card (gtx 460) and power supply into it. Now it will randomly freeze, then go to the "Windows Error Recovery" screen. After, I am able to boot it up normally and continue to use it. I want to know how to stop this! Here are my specs:

    GPU: GeForce GTX 460
    CPU: AMD FX-4100 Quad-Core Processor
    Memory: 8 GB RAM
    OS: Windows 7

    Depending on the letter after "Silent Pro" that is made by either CWT or Enhance and is extremely poor quality and will never develop anywhere near 700
    watts. How old is that psu which could make a big difference? You only need a 550-600 watt psu but it has to be quality. Antec HCG, True Power or True Power New, XFX or Seasonic are the best.
    Also have you downloaded and installed the newest driver for that card?

    That's fine I understand. Also is the 8 gb ram matched i.e. make and model? When you get time I would also run memtest86 on each ram stick individually and do a few complete 8pass tests on each stick to be sure.
