    Hello everyone!

It's been a rough few months now when I started getting random crashes on some of my favourite games and even Explorer tabs.

The PC is new and I built it myself a few months before the crashes started happening.

    The specs:

    I9 14900k

    Aorus Master 5080 white

    Dominator Titanium 2x32 6800mhz

    M.2 SSD 2TB

    Z790 Aorus Pro X white

    Corsair RM1000x

    Thermalright Frozen infinity AIO

A few fan controllers + a ton of RGB fans/strips and even a vertical GPU holder from CoolerMaster

    Win 11 Pro 64 bit

Now into the details... I have no idea what could have caused the crashes occurring during certain games non stop (Games like Wuthering Waves, Warrock, Heroes might and magic V, Path of Exile 2) that worked fine previously while the other games I play to this day work just fine and have never crashed even once. Especially, when Heroes game is such an oldie and takes no power from the PC. I had an issue with Nvidia drivers before and I reinstalled a few times during that time but... I recently gave up with all the programs (directx, c++, netframework) believing software might be the problem so I simply freshly reinstalled my operating system and went back to WIN 10 but the crashes still occurred. A day after I decided to give one more shot and go back to Win 11 - nothing changed, my fav game Heroes 5 still crashes the same as always, sometimes within a few minutes, sometimes works up to an hour or so. Same with Path of Exile 2, sometimes I crash the moment I log in (20 sec to load the game), sometimes I can play for 20-40 minutes.

I tried resetting Bios settings multiple times. I also tried disabling all the fancy RTX modes/ smooth motions etc from Nvidia. Reinserting RAM, changing slots, single sticks did nothing either (Longer time until a crash maybe with a single stick at 1 and 3 slots but still kept crashing). Also want to add I never had the blue screen of death or anything, it's just the games crashing to desktop without an error most of the times and and if I get an error (rarely, but sometimes I get UE4 DX12 error in Wuthering Waves or GPU (device hang)).

I tried Aida64 and y-crouchy for a few hours, at first I got some errors but I remembered I turned back all the XMP stuff ON in bios so I went back to set to the default, no more errors after... My CPU seems to throttle up to ~20% during the extreme tests but that's all about it. I might try checking the thermal paste/how tight is the AIO screwed in the following days.

I also removed the vertical GPU holder for a few weeks now, the issue still stayed. I've also disabled DEP and anti-virus, no change. Powerplans, nvidia settings, drivers... Tried them all too.

Let me know what logs I could send here, thanks in advance!

I tried this one but it gets no info as my PC never crashed itself. I just crash in the games to the desktop. Any other suggestions? Did MEM tests, no errors too. How can I check if my CPU isn't faulty?

Why couldn't my PC run them? It's a monster PC and all. Plus I've been playing those for a few solid months without issues, something must have happened...

It was worth a shot. I've seen cases where MEMTEST didn't detect marginal RAM. If you have the skills and multiple RAM modules, try moving RAM to other slots. Never mind. I see you already did that.
Consider running the computer in Safe Mode for testing purposes. If it doesn't crash, I suspect a software issue.
