We are expanding our database volume (LUN).Can I expand (add more hard disk)
my current RAID5 with a higher capacity hard disk. Is it recommended to have
different capacity hard disk in a RAID5 configuration.
    thanks

You'll have to back up your data, add the drives, delete the old array, and
create a new one with the additional drives. The way to perform this
procedure depends on the RAID and/or server manufacture.

Drives sizes for members of a specific RAID array, should be the same size.
