Program not available on Add-remove program

    Hi Experts

    I was installing proxy for COM server (MTS, win 2k). Before to that I
    was unistalling existing proxy, But I got message like 'cannot
    uninstall the program. error occured' (something like this. not
    exactly like this)

    As there was ignore option in the message box I clicked on that. But
    my program did not got unistalled( I know this because my VB6
    application is working fine) But this program is not appearing in add/
    remove program.
    Because of this I am not able to install newer version of proxy.
    I am clueless. Can anybody help please....

    Can you reinstall the old version? then uninstall? Also possibly search the
    key

    HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall

    for the uninstall string.

    Problem here is I am not seeing the application in above registry.
    I really dont know what is wrong with my Application proxy.
