I have a program that runs in the background.
It works fine, except that every so often it pops up over other windows. I blocked this with an application that forces it to stay in the system tray, and so it is mostly all good. However, now when it tries to popup, if I am typing somewhere, I will have to click on what I was typing to continue typing

How I get it to stop this? Is there some program to keep specified programs from grabbing the input?

    Thanks!

Hi Quinn and Welcome to CHF.

It would be helpful to know what program is causing the problem.
(Also what are you using to keep it in the sytem tray?)

Thanks, Quinn. Have you looked under the options of the game to see if
there is a setting for you to manually start this game? Do you have the
download link for the anagram game?

There are customizations you can perform for the applications using
TrayIt. Have you checked them out? It allows you to control the way
    the anagram game acts.

    Hi Quinn,

Your profile says you are running Win7.
The download pages for that program say:
Maybe it's not compatible with Win7 ....... just a thought.
