Print Server Permissions

    I've setup a Print Server on Windows 2003. I would like to give a group of
    folks access to this server in order to add and maintain the printers. I am
    having a little trouble finding out what rights I need to give them. I've
    added a group to the Print Operators group with no luck.

    So, my question is: Is there something I need to add a group of users to in
    order to give them rights to manage the printers? I basically want to give
    them full rights to the printer area but not give them admin rights to the
    box.

    At least they need to be Power users on the local machine, except you do
    more configuration settings..
