I have tried quite a few of these "systems" now and most of them have some type of flaw. This one fills the bottle and does seem to work ok, but unfortunately the seal on the gas injector lasts about 2 days so unless you drink a bottle every couple of days you will be buying new cartridges for each bottle. Bought the Costco version and returned it after three cartridges produced the same results. If you are preserving really expensive wine and don't mind spending $5 for the cartridge (and can remember to keep a few in stock) then maybe this is a good product for you.
