Possible Malware?

    I have a Samsung Chronos Series 7 running Windows 7 and as of a day ago i have been experiencing extreme stability issues, freezing programs and general unresponsiveness. I have run scans with my current anti-virus (Kaspersky) and come up with nothing. I have also run scans with Malwarebytes with no results. Due to the instability I haven't been able to do anything other than run those two scans, which even they took 4 or 5 attempts to manage a full system scan.
     
    Not quite sure how to tackle this one since everything I try to do crashes within seconds.

    If you can't run the scans, please let me know the EXACT error as it crashes if you get a pop up window or a blue screen.  If not, please provide a complete description about how it crashed...e.g. computer just restarted; program just didn't run, etc.
