¿Podrá alguno/a de ustedes ayudarme a remover Heuristics.Reserved.Word.Exploit?

Hola, sin saber ni cómo, me he infectado con el virus Heuristics.Reserved.Word.Exploit en C:\Windows\Explorer.exe, ya lo he eliminado varias veces con el programa Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware y lo he reemplazado con la copia que tengo en DVD original del Windows Vista Home Basic, pero aún así mi sistema vuelve a reinfectarse y el software de Norton antivirus 2009 no lo detecta. ¿Qué entrada del registro o programa oculto es el que causa la re-infección? y lo que me parece extraño es que cuando analizo el archivo, el programa no lo detecta, solo lo detecta cuando realizo un examen rápido del sistema. (y que solamente lo detecte malwarebytes) Gracias por su amable ayuda.

What registry entry or hidden agenda is that causes re-infection? and what I find strange is that when I look at the file, the program does not detect it, only when I found a quick review of the system.
