Buena suerte.

¿Will someone can help me to remove Heuristics.Reserved.Word.Exploit?

I am going to write it again, maybe you or someone can understand me better:

Hello, I don't know the way my system became infected by a virus called by Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware: Heuristics.Reserved.Word.Exploit, in C:\Windows\Explorer.exe, I have deleted it a lot of times in order to replace it with my original DVD of Windows Vista Home Basic, but my system is reinfected by a virus that the Norton antivirus 2009 doesn't detect it, what hidden program or registry entry is the guilty to provoke me the re-infection?
What I find strange is when i only analyze explorer.exe with Malwarebytes, this program does not detect in it any virus, it only detects it when i do a quick system scan (it only detects it Malwarebytes, the symantec antivirus doesn't.) Thank you for your kind assistance.
    God bless you!

Thanks Rafters......I didn't have a problem with the spanish, but did
figure it had to be a false positive and was thinking the same thing
about contacting Dustin. Has anyone seen him lately???

And I *cringed* when I actually answered in HTML myself. (G)

Cheers from the Great White North.

MalwareBytes may be alarmed by the fact that it is in *that* location.
Try renaming it to something else - it is because of the name (I think)
that the "reserved word" exploit comes in. Maybe someone from the MBAM
team can clarify - maybe Dustin Cook is still hereabout?

(note to self - don't reply using HTML even if reading in HTML)

Update your MalwareBytes Anti-Malware program and try again. I suspect
it is a false positive declaration - and if so they will quickly remedy
    the situation.

MalwareBytes doesn't target viruses, it's more about environmental
    changes made by non-viral malware.

Unfortunately, that location is the correct location (XP?), and so it
    probably isn't what I thought.

I can't imagine this is the only instance, and they would work quickly
to remedy. I cancelled this post in favor of the other one I submitted.

Thank you, friend, to answer me, I hope don't have to format my system.
