Please! Is This Pc Worth Buying For Gaming?

    Hi eveveryone.

    I need your experience & knowledge to help me make a wise decision.
    This PC is up for grabs, but I'm not too sure whether it is actualy any good.

    I game alot, mostly racing. Would this PC be any good?

    It depends on the price of the computer, the graphics cards are probably 3-4 years old so only support Direct X 10 so you won't be able to get certain features in games because they will be Direct X 11 only features, which is one disadvantage but it's about the only one as far as I can see as they are still powerful graphics cards.
    So you would need to note that a new graphics card might be required in the future if you want to turn on some of the more fancy graphics features.

    Guessing on the price if it is within the £500-600 range give or take £50 and has Windows 7 installed, then it is a good computer.

    If you can bump something up, I say the video card

    or, if you save enough money you can also get one of those ivy bridge intel processors (great for overclocking and gaming)

    This is an everybody-has-one issue, but if the manufacturer (like DELL, Gaming section) offers Alienware systems (DELL $700 - 1500), they are built for gaming.
