Please Help College Student Need My Laptop To Work Again Asap Please & Thank You

My hp laptop running Windows 7 had a virus or something which caused it to freeze so I restored to factory settings after many attempts to repair in system restore, so i rese the whole thing losing all my documents, but thought it'd be worth it, so then it said preparing for first time use, then had the blank box with username and password boxes, I do not know the password or username I tried my old ones they didn’t work, probably because it is like a brand new computer, I typed "administrator" in username and left password blank, it said "your account has been disabled please see your system administrator" i tried rebooting in safe mode & safe mode with networking, no i did not backup the system prior to it crashing i have no password reset disk or software of windows 7 as my computer did not come with it, now i cant get into my computer AT ALL please help every time i try to restart i get the same problem, I have no username and password, put the old ones it says wrong, put administrator it says "your account has been disabled please see your system administrator” same problem over and over cant get into anything past the login window. PLEASE HELP. Thank you.

How can I be sure this is your computer?
If your the system Administrator there shouldn't be a problem logging in.

 

When the password box opens leave it totally blank with no password or name. If that lets you log in then you are fine. Otherwise we really cannot help you with password issues as DSTM pointed out. When you restore a computer to factory settings you should get all the setup questions that you got when it was brand new. that allows for a password but does not require one.

Was this laptop part of a network such as a company machine?
