Hi, I'm new to this forum and i've got a few issues.

My desktop which is almost 4 years old, is having serious problems and i dont know why. It's running on Win7 Ultimate 32bit,
my motherboard being Gigabyte's GA-965P-DS3 and video card being PowerColor's Radeon X1950 Pro. This 2 days, it will
boot up normally first, but the LCD screen wont detect any signal, and the pc will reboot multiple times until, if luck has it,
the LCD detects a signal and loads Windows.

But it doesnt end here. Many times, when i go AFK and return to the pc, it will freeze for no apparent reason. Not even Ctrl +
Alt + Del works. And if i reset the pc, the previous problem comes up. And i check the Device Manager, it tells me that my
"Gigabyte GBB36x storage controller" cannot work because its registry is missing or damaged. (Code 19)" No idea what this
device is used for but i suspect it could be the reason my pc is acting up.

Can anyone advise me? Thanks :)

    Hi sieghart. Welcome to CHF.

Firstly I would go to your Motherboard manufactures Website and install the latest chipset Drivers.

This looks like a Driver issue.

What is the make and Model of your Desktop?

Thanks ! I've downloaded and installed this GBB36x Driver - it is the SATA RAID Configurer driver. Now it's time for the waiting game :)
