after hitting command prompt. Run as administerrr does not show up just skips that andgoes to black sccreen with white letters,,, sorry went back and clicked with right click and it did appear

 

I am on this site with my asus 700 infinty reading and following instruction, so i can operate pc without going back and forthand possibly losing my way and easier to work this way, just that the typing is harder and takes longer time

I am at whitee letters black backround. Last written i see. Windows system 32>

Hi Hayseed. We also have Families and a private life. We can't be onsite 24/7.
You have to have patience I am afraid.All our help is free.
Someone will come back to you when we have a free moment.
Alternatively you can call Dell. That's your choice.
Dell have your records and they won't help you for free forever.
You need to learn Computer Basics and fast.

PS Your last issue went to 42 posts so it's not like we are not trying to help you.

 

I do understand what you are saying, but when it seems to be going back and forth, and i am being given steps to do and am righr in the middle of a step and communication, abruptly stop, what am i to do or think? Outside of going back to school, how does someone learn computer basic. I seem to be always trying to correct things, taking away my time to learn. If i could learn from my mistakes i would know everything

After my last foray with the dell tech, i was led back to factory settings, even though stupid computer would not accept my password, i know you guys could not give me password help, criminals and there actions make it impossible for law abiding people to attain password service, sort of what they have done for guns.

In any case after that, the corrupt deep freeze was gone and i was able to install it successfully.
Thank you for your time and effort, i did not put password on this time, just in case this sort of thing happens again.

 

Now i have to find procedure to sideload flash to my Asus 700, so i can view pages away from desktop

 

I did not think I would have troubles that soon after all the trouble I have been through, but it seems to be one big vicious cycle that may never end.

The last time I set up the computer, I got conduit attached to IE, this times set up after downloading google chrome the conduit is attached to chromes browsers now, and IE is clear. I have Mcaffe running on this computer from the factory install from Dell why is this not helping? I tried to get help via google search found, it suggested running spy hunter, it was a free down load, and after 20 minutes of scanning I got hit with the 30 dollar bill attached to get rid of the conduit virus it found. I believe someone here stated, that I could get rid of it with there help, if I took the long way around for less then 5 minutes time. I could sure use your help now. I am pretty much through with Dell Tech's only as a last resort.

PS I have not read one paragraph of the link set up for me to learn about computer usage.

 

I was able to get the virus off, by doing a google search of fixes, weird though that the conduit name and discription is still listed on my computer

 

Was able to get rid of this malware adware, whatever took me forever going through serchesof fixes most of did not work i did latch on to a solution that worked for, more mistakes for me to learn from.
