Looks like I'll be working for a customer with Office 365 on Monday. He thought it would be a good solution for his 5-person business, especially since he wants access to his files when away from the office. I understand Office 365 provides 1TB of cloud storage.

He says the applications are working. The problem is that he can't access his files when he logs into his MS account. When he logs into his account, there are no files there.

I haven't used Office 365. Anyone have any hints on what to check for?

    Thanks,

Since Office 365 is in the cloud I would suspect it has to work on files in the cloud which would mean files need to be uploaded in the icloud storage. I sure hope I am wrong because this sounds like an awful solution if it is what is intended. that I have read.
