ntfrs 25% cpu usage

    I am using Windows 2000 Server with terminal services. I am not using
    replication, but ntfrs is taking 25% of my CPU usage in task manager. I have
    looked at everything I can find on line, but nothing has helped. Does anyone
    know what I can look at or try to get this resolved?
