I left the "L" out of above "bock" which obvously should read "Don't Block" but I guess this is obvious to intelligent readers. Sorry.
But the good news is, after doing so I have seen NO MORE POP-UP come-ons from Norton. I guess I should have known to look for "OPT OUTS

    Glad to hear it, Bill.
That had to have been so annoying.

I run these scans but in all my computer history I have had no known threats that have caused me trouble. I was glad when these pop ups stopped though for I knew not what to think or do.

Popping up like crazy now. 3 at a time. Close one and more pop up. I just ignore them.

Stop using Chrome and start using Firefox. See if the problem persists.

How do I get or start Firefox? I used to use it all the time but now I forgot how. I switched to Google at some point.

Look in your program list. If you used it before and haven't deleted it, it should be in the program list.

I looked in C-Drive/Program Files and Program Files(x86) and did not see it. So busy closing all the pop-up boxes hardly have time. Used to use it all the time but not lately. Now forgotten how.

Click on the Start icon. It's the one that's usually in the lower left corner of your computer screen.
A list of installed programs will be displayed.
If you don't see Firefox, click on All Programs at the bottom of the list.

Did this. Still comes up with Google though. A window opens with get Firefox for desktop or Mobile. Now 4 pop up boxes keep appearing on right side of screen and if I keep closing more appear.

Nothing yet. Is Firefox still free? How do I get it? I used to used it all the time but for some reason switched to Google. Once I had the option of 3 browsers as I chose then went to only Google. Pop-up boxes still there and pop-up new every time I delete or close one.

Sorry. I have done nothing but close these pop-ups as fast as I can and am searching for way to again have Firefox which I believe I uninstalled because it kept opening instead of Google.
