Nokia introduces Lumia 1520, the largest Windows Phone yet

Nokia has just introduced its largest Windows Phone yet: the Lumia 1520, alongside a lower-end counterpart at the same size, the Lumia 1320. In addition to being the first with a 6-inch display, the Lumia 1520 is also the first Windows Phone to bump the resolution to 1080p, and the first to be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 800 processor. A phone of firsts, then.

The 1520 retains Nokia's familiar design language — it's a single piece polycarbonate design that looks like a bigger version of the Lumia 720. In a first for the series, the black model is made recycled polycarbonate, having a matte cover rather than the glossy colored models.
