no sound please help !!!

    I have no sound from my PC, when I go to control panel sound and run test it says ' windows cannot execute dpvsetup.exe, use add remove control panel to to install.

    devises says 'multimedia audi controller' has ! in yellow.

    then it says The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28).

    Tried to install some drivers but can't can anybody help me.
