Newbie needs help deleting hidden files

    Hello all, I am new...I am ashamed to say that I got caught up in the download world and ended up with a infected "hacker" virus. I run and keep current on norton, it was isolated but deletion was unsuccesful. I finally think I deleting all files with Copy lock but there are still 3 hidden files in my recycle bin that I cannot view. It makes my recycle bin appear full and will not let me delete the three files. saying cannot delet from file or source disk. ANY HELP IS GREATLY APPRECIATED!!
