Hey guys, I just built a new system using an Antec P183 enclosure with an Asus P7P55D-E Pro motherboard. The power is working because the system standby light goes on on the motherboard and a light for RAM also goes on. Everything is seemingly installed correctly, however when I press the power button on my enclosure, the system will not start. I plugged in the I/O pins correctly so I don't know if this is a motherboard problem or an enclosure problem. Also, if anyone is familiar with this motherboard are there any other lights that are supposed to go on the motherboard when it is plugged in? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks a lot.

It may seem to be correct. However, if the polarity of the wires for the power switch is reversed this can happen.

System standby, Memory and Power Supply should all light up on this Asus board. (You should have three lights)

Check the 24 pin ATX and the 4/8 pin one too
as Kojak has said this is often the case pins that cause this issue due to being placed worng (look in the MOBO manual for exact diagrams etc) some of the MOBOs have them printed on the PCB too.

The polarity of the wires is correct, I used the Asus Q-connector to match up the wires with the pins. The 24 and 4/8 ATX pins are installed correctly as well. Only two lights come on for the motherboard, one for the standby, the other for DRAM. I'm away for the weekend but when I come back I will put up a picture of how's it's set up, maybe someone can see what I'm missing? Anyway, thanks again for all the help.

I'm sorry, I was wrong, the Asus P7P55D-E Premium mobo has three LED's.
The Asus P7P55D-E PRO mobo should have 4 LED's. See screenshots below....

Hey, sorry it's been forever since I lasted posted, I just had some laptop issues this past week, and I finally got it up and running again. Anyway, a friend of mine wants to take a look at the computer to see if he can identify the problem so I'll let you know how that turns out. Thanks again!
