The thing is i have a shared custom made program/application. That custom program is currently in a server pc. When running the said program on 1 computer it runs smoothly but when different computers (3 units) use/run it at the same time the program runs VERY slow. I think the program is access databased as it has many Microsoft Access files (red icon with key). The server computer holding the file is fine but the problem is the client computers when running the shared file there's delay (a long one) before it processes every action/functions. We run the network on a gigabit switch.

    Hello and welcome.

Assuming your network is running well, then it's a problem with the program. You'll probably need to ask whoever made this custom program about it.
