    Hello,

    Do I need to install prior versions first before installing 3.5?

    Server is 2003 ent with sp2.

    No need to install prior versions to install .NET Framework 3.5. See this
    link:



    Note that IE 6.0 SP1, Windows Installer 3.0, and MDAC 2.8 are required.
