My Safe Folder

    Dear all,
    I'm unable to unlock my safe folder.
    The menu item Lock/UnLock is not appearing when i right click on My Safe folder.
    Can anyone provide me some help?

    My problem was fixed, the service for finger print was stopped at StartUP.
