My Safe Folder not opening up. Fingerprint reader deactivated at startup?

    The My Safe Folder is not opening up, and a previous post mentioned something about it not being activated at startup. Which service do I enable? Thank you

    Make sure "finger print" service is started and running.
    Administrative Tools > Services. Scroll down the list until you find the service then start it.
