My Safe Folder help

I am trying to change my backup password for the "My Safe" folder without any success. Although the folder can be accessed with my set fingerprint, I need to change the backup password. Any ideas???

Is this a Toshiba Notebook with a fingerprint reader?

You are probably not going to be able to change the backup password as it is encrypted however you are fortunate that the fingerprint reader is allowing you access.

I believe you have the option of creating a new My Safe folder and then moving the contents of this one into it. At that point you will have the ability to set your backup password. Once that is accomplished and all your data is in place you can simply delete the old folder.
