my laptop wont let me log on

    :confused: i ran a system restor on my laptop and now my log on name and pasword wont work nor will the old ones how can i fix this please i have a toshiba tecra an it's windows xp any help would be greatly apreciated:confused:

    Try logging in with the administrator account. By default it has no password.
