Unbelievable home video that gets scarier as it goes along. The first minute or two shows
the sidewalk cracking open, the ground moving up and down, then sideways. The bad part
is the last third or so of the film when you realize that you are seeing SEA WATER being
pushed up and spouting out of cracks in the ground in front of 10 story buildings, up thru
    busy streets, up thru sidewalks...

People are walking around this city and the ground is splitting open and spilling sea water
all around them. NO earthquake, this is a result of previous quakes and now it's not stopping.
The ground is moving UP AND DOWN which means it is now FLOATING. There is a CITY
built on top of this and it looks like it could go under in a second. It turns out that part of Tokyo
city is built on land reclaimed from Tokyo Bay and the bay is taking it back.
